At Fiction Threads, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. If anything isn’t right with your order, we’ll take care of it quickly and fairly.


Return & Refund Window

You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 60 days of the delivery date.


Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We offer returns or replacements for the following:

  • Wrong item received

  • Incorrect size delivered compared to your order

  • Misprints or production defects

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Lost or undelivered shipments

  • Products you’re not satisfied with

We do not charge restocking fees.

Custom / Personalized Items

Personalized items are only eligible for return if the printed design differs from the personalization details you provided, or if the item is defective.
If the customization matches your order, we cannot accept a return.


Condition of Returned Items

In most cases, a physical return is not required.
We may ask for a quick photo to verify the issue for quality checks.

If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions and cover the cost of return shipping.


Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Fiction Threads pays for return shipping on all approved returns or replacements.

  • Customers never pay return postage.


How to Request a Return or Refund

We respond to all requests within 2 business days.


Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank


Replacements

Approved replacements are produced and shipped at no additional cost.
You will receive a new tracking number once the replacement has been dispatched.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us.
We will investigate and issue a refund or replacement if the carrier confirms a non-delivery.
