Shipping Policy

At Fiction Threads, we produce all our products on demand and ship them only within the USA to ensure efficient delivery. Below, you’ll find important details about our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and address requirements.

1. Order Processing & Production Times

For information on order processing and production times, please refer to our Terms of Service.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship within the USA. Orders are fulfilled by local print providers to minimize shipping times and costs.

🚫 We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and print provider, but our general estimates are:

USA 3-7 business days 2-4 business days

📌 Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
📌 Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
📌 We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.

4. Shipping Address Requirements

  • All shipping addresses must be entered in Latin characters.
  • Address Line 1 is limited to 35 characters, and Address Line 2 is limited to30 characters.
  • We do not validate addresses, so it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are accurate. Incorrect addresses may cause delivery failures, and we are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect address entry.

5. PO Box Deliveries

  • PO Box delivery is accepted; however, due to size limitations, orders exceeding 12" x 22.5" may not be deliverable.
  • Express Shipping is not available for PO Box addresses. If a customer enters a PO Box address and selects Express Shipping, the order will be shipped via standard delivery instead.
  • PO Box deliveries may experience delays, and we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages sent to PO Boxes.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If a package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us.
  • If the tracking number confirms successful delivery, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.
  • If a package is returned due to an invalid address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.

7. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
  • Tracking availability depends on the selected shipping method and courier.

8. Customs & Import Fees

  • Since we only ship within the USA, customs duties or import fees do not apply.
