• Fiction Threads specializes in print-on-demand products, meaning each item is made to order after a purchase is placed.
• Our products are fulfilled by various third-party print providers, so processing and shipping times may vary.
• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Order Processing & Production Times

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment is received.
• Production typically takes 2-3 business days, depending on the product and supplier.
• Orders with customization or personalization may take an additional 1 business day for production.
• Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship domestically within the same country as the customer’s location to ensure faster delivery.
• Estimated shipping times:
  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days (on average).
  • Expedited shipping (if available): 2-4 business days.
• Shipping times are only estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs, or extreme weather conditions.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.

4. Order Cancellations & Changes

• We do not accept order cancellations or modifications after an order has been placed, as production begins quickly.
• Please ensure all details, including sizes, colors, and personalization (if applicable), are correct before checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

• Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size choices, or minor variations in color/placement.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on how to request a replacement.

6. Customizable Products – Buyer Responsibility

• If you order a customized item, you are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details (such as spelling, names, or dates) are correct at the time of purchase.
• We do not offer refunds or replacements for customer-made errors in personalization.

7. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in dollars and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• We accept a wide range of payment methods through Shopify's secure checkout system, including PayPal.
• All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store any payment details.

8. Intellectual Property & Transformative Works

• All designs, product descriptions, images, and content on Fiction Threads are either original works, licensed materials, or transformative interpretations of brands.
• Our designs are not direct reproductions of copyrighted material and fall under fair use and artistic reinterpretation where applicable.
• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or use of our designs without permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Fiction Threads is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
• We are not liable for delays or errors caused by third-party print providers, couriers, or external factors beyond our control.
